Your Privacy
Your messages are private. Only you and the fairies read them, and every reply is written by hand just for you. We never sell or share your messages, your name, or your email address with anyone.
We keep your name, your email address, and your messages so the fairies can write back to you. You can delete any conversation from your list of conversations, and you can ask us to close your account by writing to winslow@winslowvail.com.
Your Refunds
Your first two weeks are free. After that, your membership is $12 a month. You can cancel any time from the Membership page, and you can keep writing to the fairies until the end of your current month. After that, you won't be charged again.
If a charge ever looks wrong, write to winslow@winslowvail.com and we will make it right.
If You Need More Than a Whisper
The fairies offer gentle wisdom, not crisis support. If you are in crisis, or if what you are carrying needs more than a fairy whisper can give, please seek out a professional. A doctor, a therapist, or a counselor is a kind and brave place to start.
